Mikhail Ioffe is a COO at RelObs. He holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Physics in Moscow, Russia. Mikhail’s expertise includes electron spectroscopy, quantum chemistry, microwave chemistry, and R&D in nuclear technology.

 Gioulchen Tairova is a founder and CEO of RelObs Inc. She holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Physics in Moscow, Russia. She developed a number of novel catalysts of polymerization and novel water treatment and uranium processing technologies.
